Notes : Well, I had to go to Furco. Because everybody goes to Furco. It’s the new thing in town. Rad place. Will definitively go back, but not for the Bloody Caesar. It was ok. No more than that. But the view was lovely - and by the view I mean the crowd - so I didn’t really care.

Notes : Oh. MY. MY.   I still see this BC when I close my eyes. It was more than great.  It was so tasty. Made with raifort cocktail mix and serves with huge olives – 2 things that I like. Surprisingly they don’t serve it with celery salt. More surprisingly I didn’t miss it. I loved the whole experience at Le Nouveau Palais. One of the best Bloody Caesar in Montreal for brunch.

Notes : Oh. MY. MY. I still see this BC when I close my eyes. It was more than great. It was so tasty. Made with raifort cocktail mix and serves with huge olives – 2 things that I like. Surprisingly they don’t serve it with celery salt. More surprisingly I didn’t miss it. I loved the whole experience at Le Nouveau Palais. One of the best Bloody Caesar in Montreal for brunch.

Notes: I took the specialty called “Le fumant”. Its name is based on the mix of chipotle  and  the smoked flavor that comes with the smoked paprika on the rim of the glass. Only half of the rim is covered by the mix of salt and paprika. Which is cool because you can drink directly from the glass without that übersalty taste.  BUT, the smoked paprika is so present and your nose so close to it, that after 3 sips it tastes like smoked meat. I finally asked for a straw and it became much better.
